ABOUT MATT
Matt has over 37 years in the Title Insurance industry, primarily on the Westside and in the South Bay, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting top-producing Realtors in successfully closing thousands of real estate transactions. Team Goeglein takes pride in our knowledge, efficiency, can-do attitude, and comprehensive understanding of the escrow and title process.
Matt believes in being readily available for his clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Outside of work, Matt cherishes his family life with his wife, Debbie, of nearly 35 years. They are proud parents of three grown children and delighted grandparents to three wonderful grandchildren.
Matt has called El Segundo home for 27 years as a homeowner, but has lived there since he was three years old when his family moved to town. He truly loves the vibrant community and all that the South Bay and Westside have to offer. For Matt, each day begins with a refreshing 4 AM walk along the beach with his dog, Gunner.
When he's not working or spending time with his family, he immerses himself in his passion for fly fishing throughout the Southwest. There’s nothing quite like being in nature, hiking along rivers and streams in search of rainbow, brown, or cutthroat trout; that’s where Matt finds his true happiness.

Xavier de la Piedra IV is a member of Team Goeglein and a Sales Executive with Fidelity National Title. He is dedicated to supporting real estate agents with tools and services that help them grow their business. With around 10 years in the industry, Xavier's goal is to be a consistent and reliable partner, offering strategic insights, innovative marketing solutions, and cutting-edge technology.
Xavier specializes in offering services that include our Fidelity tools, detailed data insights, and customized marketing strategies that help agents save time, generate leads, and close more deals. Xavier's personal values of integrity, community, and providing excellent customer service guide everything that he does.

Outside of work, Xavier is married to his wife, Rene, and they enjoy life with their dog, Aubrey.
